Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Ecohomely.

1. Platform Role

Ecohomely is a discovery and booking platform only. We do not employ, control, or assign workers. Customers are responsible for reviewing worker profiles, ratings, and verification status before booking.

2. Worker Verification

Workers may be strongly verified, normally verified, or not verified. Verification only checks basic details — it does not guarantee service quality, behaviour, or safety.

3. Service Agreement

The agreement (pricing, timing, service quality) is directly between customer and worker. Ecohomely is not part of the contract and is not liable for disputes.

4. Payment Policy

Ecohomely does not process or guarantee payments. All payments must be settled directly between customer and worker.

5. No Liability Disclaimer

  • Poor service quality or delays.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by workers.
  • Health issues, accidents, injury, or death occurring during or after the service.
  • Damage, theft, or loss of property.

6. Ratings & Feedback

Only verified customers who booked a service may leave feedback. Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews will be removed. Workers with consistently poor ratings may be removed from the platform.

7. Dispute Reporting

Customers may report disputes through the app. Ecohomely will forward complaints but is not obligated to resolve disputes.
